4. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation and refund requests will be handled in accordance with YTP Bharat’s Refund & Cancellation Policy. Applicable charges may apply depending on the timing of the cancellation and the nature of the booking.

5. Traveller Responsibilities

Travellers are responsible for providing accurate personal information, carrying valid identification and travel documents, following local laws and regulations, and complying with safety instructions provided during the journey.

6. Changes to Itineraries

YTP Bharat reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, natural disasters, government regulations, operational requirements, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will make every reasonable effort to minimize disruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

YTP Bharat acts as a travel service provider and coordinator. While we strive to deliver safe and high-quality travel experiences, we are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages caused by third-party service providers or events beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
